Site managers are a vital part of our operations, overseeing and coordinating sites and operatives, as well as ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. TEC site managers have a variety of responsibilities including; helping to lead a range of projects across the South West, ranging from £80k – £1m. The role will also include working alongside other members of the TEC senior team to lead and drive our continued growth.

Working with local education and training providers, and helping to equip apprentices with the skills and experience to progress professionally within the construction industry, we provide opportunities to work and learn alongside our team on active projects.
