Site Manager / Working Foreperson

Salary: Competitive; based on experience.

In this role, the candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of TEC construction projects. General responsibilities will include managing onsite teams effectively and safely, in accordance with the latest Health & Safety guidance, liaising with members of the TEC project management teams, as well as overseeing all site operations.

The successful candidate can look forward to working on a variety of projects across the South West, while playing a significant role in ensuring our high standards of work are maintained.

Required Experience

  • Valid CSCS / SMSTS
  • Experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Experience in managing/supervising teams efficiently.
  • Relevant and demonstrable trade experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
  • Valid UK driving license
