Our works at the world-class marine hub, Oceansgate, are now complete! TEC was charged with transforming seven of its new industrial units into a dedicated marine-based education facility, which included undertaking extensive works across all elements of the structure.
The TEC team managed every stage of the project, from the initial set up and structural works, to providing the infrastructure needed to support the state-of-the-art facility and its future students. Now completely unrecognisable from its original empty state, with works including the creation of a new mezzanine floor, teaching and workshop spaces, as well as break-out areas, the new facility is soon set to welcome its first students and staff.
